The team behind Pivot

Spearheaded by Charles Thompson, Devmcoz has partnered with Bruce Ballard, who has over 25 years institutional development experience, having worked for Old Mutual Properties, Westfield Australia, Lend Lease, Vicinity, and most recently Abacus Property Group, where he headed up the Storage King development team. Devmcoz has elected to make use of the architectural services from the boutique BN Group, an established architectural practise, specialising in commercial, industrial, retail and mixed-use projects.
